How to pack knives safely

All you need is a sturdy kitchen towel and two rubber bands.

1. Lay the knives side by side with a little space between them, sorted from small to large:

2. Fold the top of the towel in so the tips are protected:

3: Fold the bottom of the towel in so the knives are held firmly in place:

4: Now roll the towel up step by step, so that each fold holds one knife in place:

5: Secure the towel at the top and bottom with a rubber band:

That keeps the blades protected (and you too!).
